At Barnee Ghamm, every jar is prepared with utmost care, devotion, and commitment to quality. As our products fall under the category of consumable food items, we maintain a strict no-return policy in the interest of hygiene and safety.
Returns
We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in cases where:
- The product delivered is damaged in transit
- The wrong product has been delivered
- The product received is defective or unfit for consumption upon arrival
Reporting an Issue
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at [Your Email] with:
- Order ID/Order Number
- Clear images/videos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.
Refunds / Replacements
Once the issue is reviewed and approved by our team:
- A replacement will be shipped at no additional cost, or
- A refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.
Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following situations:
- Product has been opened, used, or partially consumed
- Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling/storage
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
- Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
